Thank god its the weekend- its been a fun-packed week of work, work and more work. I swear she's set us about 100 english essays in the past month! And it's only....13 days until the textiles exam!! and I've got a violin exam on wednesday- so i've been working away like a busy little mouse and its driving me INSANE! grrrrrr
Breath..so. I've been trying to shake the busy little mouse status by getting out of the house- graffitti was such a laugh, drawing on the tablecloths really is the best part of the whole experience (i think we drew a smoking-stilletto-skeleton-man- wtf..?! lol), and today went out for a coffee with the karate party (biggup the karate crew!) what a lovely bunch. Although I think I am allergic to coffee- im very pale, tired and shaky....takes me back to the aftermath of Kate's party :S that was such a great nite, apart from the puking. Eww. Speaking of which--keep posted for my 'falling into the wall' video of me, very embarrasing yet hilarious.
Atm im totally in love with the Jack Johnson album , Banana Pancakes is such a lazy, sunday morning song! LOVE IT. Also have a look at Marance- that's where im going in the Summer!! I can hardly contain my excitement- just thinking about lying by the pool, tanning, listening to music, eating watermelon....makes me think about how much work ive gotta do beforehand. Fuck.
So more cool stuff coming up- for now i have a music composition to do that was due in a couple of weeks ago, iv kinda stretched the boundaries of this deadline far enough i think!! Back to work for me then....:D

Bloody hell, remind me why I ever go to the canteen? It's a fine line between civilisation and total animal oblivion- hoards of chavs trampling over one another, literally, just to get their bags of cookies. I swear to god theyre insane- they even speak their own language (favourite chav phrase so far: "fuckin 'ell, watta wankstain!!"). Even in the poshest areas of England-i.e. hertfordshire- theres still people actin like theyre in the bronx. I dont geddit.
Sixth form interview went very well yesterday; the morning started badly with the fucking dog making me v. late for school by stealing my shoe and-somehow, I know not how- wedging it tight in a box of lego in the front room. So practically ran to school, arrived in form with a minute to spare, and rushed off straight to the sixth form block panting. It was alrite in the end- I was only caught out by the question 'do you have any aspirations to be a prefect?' 'HA! fuck no!! I mean, er, yes...of course!'...
I've added some mega links to the best websites on the planet, check out Heidi Seeker's site- she's left a comment on my pages saying thanks and everything bless her! We're, like, best of friends now- she calls me kate and i call her Heid, we're just soul mates..! Only joking of course, I know nothing about her, except that I want her Sundae hoody I want it i want it IWANTIT. Also added links to The Frattelli's site- they're a fab band, first chance I get im going to see them immediately- and some other great bands' sites. Speaking of which, South by Southwest, aka 'disneyland for music lovers', on Zane Lowe's show is sounding great, I can see myself getting over to Texas at some point in the future... It mite be a fitting replacement for Glastonbury when they decide to take a year off, lazy wankstains!
So anyway going out to graffitti with Eve and Charlie tommorrow for a night of pre-start-of-proper-revision bitching, pizza, and drawing on the tablecloths! That is the best part of the Graffitti experience really isnt it.

Drum roll..........Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the eagerly-awaited, much anticipated, amazing Blog of Katie! Im not sure what the point of it is yet....I guess it'll be a generally cool page thats got some mega stuff on it, and i'll put some pictures on it 2, and i spose it'll be an outlet for all the exam-induced stress and pent-up anger..it's a better outlet than going around telling people to shut the fuck up anyway. Expect some fireworks- theres about 2 months 2 go till the GCSE's and emotions are runnin high, at the moment I just feel like slapping anyone who pisses me off with comments such as 'oo these exams are easier than they were in my day!' and 'just chill out Kate!' and 'its not that much work Katie, you can afford to watch Deal or No Deal with me for an hour or so cant you?'.
So, here's a bit about me: Im 15, luv music, fashion, travelling around the world (favourite destination so far...umm...India!), going to gigs, shopping (which girl doesnt?) and you can read my profile for the rest. At the moment I've got Beast and the Harlot by Avenged Sevenfold stuck in my head-its like heavy metal but the tunes annoyingly catchy!, my favourite recent film atm is Walk The Line, and im dreaming about.....Summer.
I.Cant.Wait.
This summer is gonna be the greatest time of my life ever so far- exams will be over, seeing Foo Fighters in Hyde Park!!!, going 2 Scotland 2 Eve's with some mates, dropping by Rosey's in Sunny Southern France, then it's my 16th- bring on the party, going surfing for 2 weeks, and generally celebrating the end of exams with many many parties. Bring it on!
Tommorrow iv got my 6th form interview- i think ill just generally want to throw myself out of the nearest window for its entirety, but stay tuned to see how it goes! 'I think I'll be an asset to the school community- I am always a good example to the lower-year students! Of course I dont want to shoot all the chavs in the years below us! Theyre just little angels :D' Ugh.
