Oh dear lord.. I don't know how it came to this. I have begrudgingly agreed to go to see the ledgendary dad-mosh-routine-making band Hawkwind next week. It's gonna be a whole load of old blokes just.... standing around and.. doing whatever old people do when they go to see 'original psychedelic space-rockers whose material pre-empted the dance styles of the late 90's'. At least I will now be able to slate them with some authority... 
So French exchange was proper quality- memorable moments included trying to sail a boat with only a 
french girl for instruction, having a generally wicked day at Oceanopolis, and seeing Fuller and Andy acting like the campest straight men ever. I think it was originally for a 52p bet but they soon got into it. (Btw is it just me or in both of these photos am I tilting my head at quite a ridiculous angle....?)It's nearly Christmas!!! The cute lights and decorations are up everywhere, xmas songs are playing and the festive spirit is well and truly upon us. And we know what the festive spirit means- parties! 
Last night was the work do, and I have to say I left with my dignity intact, having not got too drunk, pulled anyone or done too much embarassing dancing. For once. Then on Friday it's one of Ann's ledge parties, and EVE is coming down!!!! YAAYYYY!!!

P.S ava look at the french exchange video taken on the coach on the way there- I think Tom's comment of 'We're on a coach, sitting in the dark, cold.. wet.. tired...' pretty much says it all. Leave comments! x
