Rejoyce, my friends, for today was a good day. My gorgeous leopard-print tights arrived from Lady Luck today, along with a v cute valley girl hair bobble! My hair has been adorned with ribbon and dice hair-candy all day :D:D Also I have FINALLY sorted presents for my two best friends in the world- their birthdays are within like 3 days of eachother, so, undeniably, buying their presents is a mammoth task. Clearly I can't reveal what either of them are as my two best friends are my two most loyal readers.. but lets just say...I rule. I AM THE PRESENT QUEEN.
In other news this week, the *official* date for my mega birthday party has been set, July 1st, and I've decided on a theme of...fancy dress. How mega is that! I reckon everybody will just look as stupid as eachother and therefore the usual social boundaries of these kind of events will automatically disappear. Either that or I'll pursuade the rents to allow drinks- also a very good boundary destroyer. I haven't yet decided on a costume...perhaps a cowgirl, or a fairy, or a 1950's gal, or a saloon girl, or maybe a leopard with my new tights!! but I have still got 4 months or so to think about it...thats a third of a year. Hmm..kinda gets things into perspective...
Speaking of time and dates, the textiles exam is THIS FRIDAY. FUCK. I don't know exactly what I'm doing yet but I have faith that it'll just come to me in the exam. In other words...'She's makin it up as she goes along'.
Fab revision distractions this week have included this absolutely adorable load of flash games from Orisinal, they are the most cute bunch of games! You have to check them out- My faves are 'these little pigs', where you have to pile up the pigs to get to little cupcakes, 'a dog for all seasons' with cute little puppies running along, and 'wake up calls'- theres a little mouse in a falling leaf and you've gotta hit these cocoons so that butterflies fly out. You get the idea- generally adorable stuff.
I have also digged out my Dad's ancient mammoth collection of vinyl in a vain attempt to find something that might just be deemed as 'retro', and therefore cool. However I mostly found a whole load of shite from the likes of Phil Collins, Tears for Fears and some band called Hawkwind (when I ask my Dad who the hell they are, I am answered only with him launching into some kind of mosh routine which involves feet-stomping, head-banging and him shouting in his most masculine voice 'HAWKWIND! HAWKWIND! HAWKWIND! Roarrrrr'. Hmm.) Although I did find some classics- Michael Jackson's Bad was among them, as well as an LP of a Rocky Horror Show album with an awesome pop-art, comic book-style cover. It may just become wall-candy for my bedroom..

So the Blog's been up and running for three weeks now and I love it- I mite drum up a few more readers, theres always the problem of people who i dont want to read it reading it though so..its a tricky one! Just consider yourself lucky if you are reading this as you are one of the few people who I don't want to 'shut the fuck up'.
I'm gonna take a break from scribbling for a few days, so coming up next week:
